“Reiki” (ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning "universal life force energy", used to describe a neutral healing system.
We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living beings. When it flows uninterrupted there is a harmony and balance around and within us, thus experiencing a feeling of well-being.
The Reiki technique can help the body emotionally and spiritually; it may be used beside other conventional and/or complementary treatments, supporting your recovery. It can be enjoyed in the normal course of your life and it is a tradition open to any belief system.
